It offers cognitive stimulation that helps maintain cognitive abilities. Art therapy is highly recommended for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Anyone can participate in arts, crafts, or DIY projects. You can make it a fun activity for a couple, family, or individual for Valentine's Day!
